Adam is the Founder and CEO of Hergenrother Enterprises, which includes Hergenrother Realty Group, BlackRock Construction, Adam Hergenrother Training Organization, Hergenrother Capital, Hergenrother Foundation and the Keller Williams Vermont. In less than ten years, Adam has built these rapidly growing companies into a $350 million organization through his commitment to thinking big and never giving up.

Hallie WarnerHALLIE WARNER, Chief of Staff

Hallie serves as Chief of Staff to the Founder and CEO of Hergenrother Enterprises. She has worked side-by-side with Adam Hergenrother for over six years, ensuring that Adam’s vision is communicated and implemented. With over nine years of experience supporting the C-suite, Hallie has mastered the ability to lead and assist by assessing current needs, initiating change, and executing projects.

Cari HeibelCARI HEIBEL, Director of Growth

Cari was a KW Mega Agent in Minnesota for 10 years prior to becoming a Team Leader at the Maple Grove Market Center. During the past four years, Cari has recruited over 400 agents and has grown 33 successful, top-producing real estate teams in her Market Center alone. As Director of Growth for HRG, Cari recruits and coaches all expansion CEOs and assists them in growing their teams.

Becca Shanahan-GalliganiBECCA SHANAHAN-GALLIGANI, Director of Operations

Becca was a KW MCA for 10 years in the New England Region and quickly rose to the top 10 percent of all MCAs in Keller Williams within two years. Her expertise in Market Center Operations brought her to work with the MCA Support Division in 2007. Over the last 11 years, Becca has trained at KW Family Reunion for nine years, written KWU courses on Operations and Systems and was the first MCA KW Approved Trainer.

Erin McCormickERIN McCORMICK, Director of Marketing

Erin joined Hergenrother Enterprises after 10 years leading digital marketing teams in the food, health and education markets. Having experience in both consumer and business-to-business markets, Erin is a leader who enjoys setting a strategic vision, while also rolling up her sleeves to write, design, analyze and optimize marketing campaigns on a daily basis.
